Hey Appliance Fans,
I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day. On behalf of everyone here at Kieffer’s Appliances, I would like to thank all of our service men and women who, on a daily basis, risk their lives so that we are all able to enjoy our freedom. I also want to thank all of the families of our service men and women. Their families make countless sacrifices and spend many days and months away from their loved ones who are overseas defending our freedoms. Thank you!
Since it’s a shortened week because of the holiday, I wanted to remind you about our cooking blog, www.kiefferscooks.com. Written by our in-house chef, Brenda Kieffer, the blog has restaurant reviews, recipes, and chronicles Brenda’s experience at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. She’s a great writer and I often find myself laughing out loud in the office as I’m proofing her posts ( I know, I know, I have a fantastic job).

Have you ever seen the movie “Office Space” ? If not, it’s really funny and I suggest you go rent it. If you have seen it, then you know about the scene where the guys get together and destroy the fax machine/copier that’s been giving them so many problems. Well, here at Kieffer’s we had a printer that gave us SEVERE problems. Once we replaced the shoddy printer with updated models, we decided to have a little printer smashing of our own. I did the commentary. Check it out!
